The chocolates were delicious and arrived super fast. My only qualm was that I requested a specific chocolate that was the preference of the person getting the gift. This didn't happen nor was the request acknowledged. I would have preferred a short email telling me if it wasn't possible instead of radio silence. There's not much point in asking if you have any requests if you ignore them.
I ordered this box of chocolates for my chosen Dad’s 80th. I was worried if the box would get to him in time as it was a pretty pretty last minute order but the team chocolate angels made it happen. I am not saying this miracle will happen to all the customers so please don’t expect that ( hehe) but I was very touched with the kindness of this team Bohemein. Thank you. My dad enjoyed every single choc in the box with all his friends and other family members.
