Pick up from Stores orders will be notified as ready for collection within 2 hours of an order being received
Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will not be available for collection until the following Monday unless a prior arrangement has been made.
Sending Times
To avoid our chocolates being stored in warehouses for extended periods of time, the following sending rules apply unless Future delivery Date* is requested.

Sorry but we do not offer delivery on Weekends or Public holidays.

If you require your order to be delivered on a particular day, please make a note of this in the Order Instructions/Comment section at the checkout step 4 of your order.
Please note that although we will endeavour to meet your request, Courier can only advise us of targeted delivery times and therefore we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time and Day!
** The targeted delivery time
Delivery for the overnight courier service is by 9am the next working day to a business address, and by the end of the next working day to residential addresses.
NZ Couriers advises that they will endeavour to meet a Same Day Delivery Target within the Auckland and Wellington CBD’s, however this is not a guarantee and should not be relied upon.
Orders for delivery outside of Wellington Central or the Auckland CBD, received on a Friday, will not be sent out until the following Monday morning, this is to cut down on the amount of time the chocolates spend in transit.
Chocolates sent on a Monday morning will be targeted for delivery on the Tuesday (unless a Rural Delivery address). If you wish to request the chocolates be sent for a Targeted Monday Delivery, please note "Send on Friday" in the comments sections when you check out.
