The core of the chocolate is the signature Wieze cocoa blend: a well-kept secret mix of mainly West African top grade cocoa beans.  250 Grams of Milk Chocolate buttons can be used in Chocolate Mousses, Ganaches, Fondues,  Cookies, and  Chocolate Cakes  Please note: If you using this chocolate in its pure form (ie. for dipping) you must temper the chocolate before use or it will not set well.
