When placing your order, please allow plenty of time for delivery, especially if requesting delivery to a rural address as rural delivery can take up to 5 working days. At Christmas time, both Bohemein stores and the Courier are very busy. This can cause unforeseen delays. Although we target overnight delivery throughout New Zealand, the targets can be affected by volume. Because we use a courier we cannot guarantee delivery at a particular time of day and where possible, delivery to a Business address is preferable.
Cut of dates for Christmas deliveries (as advised by the courier) are as follows:
Please REMEMBER our chocolates will melt and deteriorate if they are not at the appropriate temperature for lengths of time,
For this reason we try to avoid chocolate being kept in a courier warehouse over a weekend or public holiday so we will not ship any orders received after 3 pm on the above cut off dates. Orders received after 3 pm on the above cut off dates will be sent after New Year on Monday January 5. If an order is received after the advised cut off date for the specified delivery type, we will contact you by email to discuss options for your order
