 Important please NOTE

 

We use NZCouriers to deliver our chocolates throughout New Zealand, although they offer us a targeted overnight delivery to most addresses we cannot guarantee a delivery date

 

  • For Orders to be delivered by the end of Friday 14th February they will need to be ordered by 3pm Wednesday 12th February.  The courier offers overnight delivery to non rural and most residential addresses but they do not guarantee it as there can be unforeseen delays.  We will courier orders received on Thursday 13th but we cannot guarantee they will arrive on Valentines day and may not get to the address until Monday 17th.
  • We highly recommend delivery to a Business Address where possible as the most delays occur to Residential addresses where there are fewer couriers to make the deliveries
  • We welcome online orders for instore collection and early orders for delivery before the 14th of February
  • We do not ship orders over the weekend so any orders placed on 14th, 15th or 16th  of February will be couriered out on Monday the 17th of February
