Important please NOTE

We use NZCouriers to deliver our chocolates throughout New Zealand, although they offer us a targeted overnight delivery to most addresses we cannot guarantee a delivery date

• For Orders to be delivered by the end of Friday 13th February they will need to be ordered by 3pm Wednesday 11th February.  The courier offers overnight delivery to non rural and most residential addresses but they do not gurantee it as ther can be unforseen delays.  We will courier orders recieved on Thursday 12th but we cannot gurantee they will arrive on Valentines day and may not get to the address until Monday 16th.
• We highly recommend delivery to a Business Address where possible as the most delays occur to Residential addresses where there are fewer couriers to make the deliveries
• We welcome online orders for instore collection and early orders for delivery before the 14th of February
• We do not ship orders over the weekend so any orders placed on 13th, 14th or 15th  of February will be couriered out on Monday the 16th of February
