Bohemein Coffee & Brandy Mini Chocolate Truffle

Wellingtonians (and Aucklanders too) love their coffee. We mean love-love, not just love. So we had to get this
one perfect. Strong coffee demands dark chocolate, hence the 70% dark ganache with brandy to add that extra
kick. Coated in dark 53% chocolate and rolled in milk chocolate and freshly roasted ground coffee beans sprinkles.

Each Ballotin box is 125 grams and has approximately 20 truffles.

If you can resist and MUST store the Mini Chocolate Truffles, make sure it’s in cool dark place below 18° Celsius
