If you have paid by credit card you will receive an email confirmation that the order has been placed successfully.
If you opted for Internet Banking , you will receive an email on how to proceed.
We will check through your order and make sure we can complete it.
If there are any issues with your order we will contact you by email.
For orders that are to be collected from one of our stores, an email will be sent to advise that it is ready for collection.
For delivery of your order, an email will be sent to advise that the courier has collected your order, and will provide an estimated time/day of delivery. A tracking number will also be provided to follow the delivery through.
When do we retrieve Internet orders
Orders are retrieved Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and are sent out at the next available courier pick up. Please see sendings times
Pick up from Stores orders will be notified as ready for collection within 2 hours of an order being received
Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will not be available for collection until the following Monday unless a prior arrangement has been made.
