After you place your order

You will receive an email confirming successful payment of your order has been made if paying by credit card or, if you have opted for Internet Banking or BarterCard, an email with instructions on how to do so.
We will check through your order and make sure we can complete it.
If there are any issues with your order we will contact you by email.
For orders that are to be collected from one of our stores, an email will be sent to advise that it is ready for collection.
For delivery orders, an email will be sent to advise that the courier has collected the order for delivery, provide a estimated time/day of delivery and a tracking number to follow the delivery through the Courier Post system http://www.courierpost.co.nz/

When do we retrieve Internet orders

Orders are retrieved Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and are sent out at the next available courier pick up. See Sendings times
Pick up from Stores orders will be notified as ready for collection within 2 hours of an order being received
Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will not be available for collection until the following Monday unless by prior arrangement.
