When checking out include some extra (where possible) information in "Order Instruction/Comment" section Step 4 in check out.

Hospitals

The courier is not able to deliver to specific people or wards and can only deliver to the hospital's own internal delivery centre.

Please make sure you provide

  • Name of the Hospital and detailed address.
  • is the recipient is a patient or hospital staff?
  • and include ward number or name and floor number (where possible). 

Office Buildings

As the courier will not deliver to a specific person, and often can only leave the parcel at a reception.

Please make sure you provide

  • Name of the Building (were possible) and detailed address.
  • the recipient full name
  • and include (where possible) floor number. 

Hotels, Motels

  • Name of the Hotel/Motel and detailed address.
  • the recipient full name (name that the guest checked in under is required)
  • is the recipient a guest or staff member?
  • and include floor number and suite or room number (where possible) . 

Why do you we require Postcodes

  • We require a Postcode to ensure delivery in a timely fashion.
  • Failure to provide us with the correct Postcode or Delivery Option will result in delays and delivery may be cancelled.
